- Efficient academic advising systems whose services are provided to over 85% of students, with the participation of 95% full-time professors.
- CUMex’s retention rate and class completion rate, among the highest in the country.
- Supported by 329 Advanced Technical, Associate and Bachelor’s degrees certified by Mexico’s national evaluation and accreditation system.
- An academic community comprised of 6,918 full-time professors, of whom 75.68% have completed graduate studies and 23.6% hold a Ph.D.

- CUMex works with the use of a strategic-planning approach that encourages the participation of its members to meet medium-term objectives.
- With development plans and programmes designed to encourage the growth of institutions, and that are implemented in accordance with annual operational courses of action.
- CUMex uses the financial accounting system designed for higher education institutions, which ensures greater transparency in the management of the budget allocated to each institution.
