This information will be sent in advance via electronic mail with all the information necessary for you to have access, including a link with direct access to the conference room to allow you to join the conference automatically.
NOTE: You must join the conference on the date programmed at the exact time, otherwise, you will not find the video conference room.
On the programmed date, those invited will receive notification via electronic mail that the conference has begun and which includes the steps to follow to enter the room directly.
